Guided Tours

You can book a guided tour for several of our exhibitions. An expert museum guide will tell you all the stories behind our artworks and answer all your questions. We have guided tours for the following exhibitions:

 

Until the summer of 2014 Vermeer’s ‘View of Delft’ and Rembrandt’s ‘The Anatomical Lesson’ are just a few steps away from Mondrian’s ‘Victory Boogie Woogie’ and the paintings from the Hague school. Don't miss the opportunity to see five centuries of masterpieces in a single visit.

The tour will be 1 hour with a maximum of 20 people per tour. Groups larger than 20 people can start several tours simultaneously. Individual visitors are not allowed to join in a group tour.

The fees per Dutch-language tour are € 80 on weekdays and € 90 at weekends (plus admission charges). You can also book tours in English or French. The charge is then € 90 on weekdays and € 100 at weekends (plus admission charges)

Host your own tour

If you would like to host your own guided tour, we can allow this on certain conditions. Please contact us well in advance if you would like to do this. You will be sent a confirmation of your request by mail. Please bring this letter to the museum as proof of your permission host your own tour. Without this confirmation letter you will not be allowed to conduct your tour. Groups accompanied by our own tour guides will always take precedence over externally guided groups. If our own guided groups are present in a room, please choose a different room. Our security will notify you when this is the case.

Audiotours

A free audiotour is available for the Mauritshuis Highlights exhibition. This tour is available in Dutch, English, German, Spanish and Japanese.  From the middle of March a tour will also be available for the Mondriaan & De Stijl exhibition (Dutch and English).
